Tasks
- Be responsible for the overall organization of work and staff efficiency by managing the planned workload, ensuring the achievements of objectives and quality standards
- Perform routine and non-routine electrical and mechanical maintenance and modification tasks on aircraft (troubleshooting, inspections, adjustments, repairs)
- Actively communicate and coordinate activities with other company business units and customers when maintenance related issues are identified
- Provide support to team members and contribute to the timely and quality execution of tasks in accordance with the project plan (utilization, materials, milestones and deadlines)
- Complete and sign the documentation following tasks completion and certify the work performed

Requirements
- Valid AML EASA Part 66 B1or B2 preferably CAT C license for B737FAM and / or A320 FAM and /or ERJ 190/195, is accounted as advantage
- Experience in aircraft maintenance and/or line maintenance operations at least 3 years;
- Previous experience in a leadership role at least 1 year;
- University degree in Engineering, Business Management, Economics or related fields;
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork approach;
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
- Valid Driving license;
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including shifts as required by operational needs;
- Willingness to obtain additional qualification, certification and authorization as required.
