Tasks

  • Be responsible for the overall organization of work and staff efficiency by managing the planned workload, ensuring the achievements of objectives and quality standards
  • Perform routine and non-routine electrical and mechanical maintenance and modification tasks on aircraft (troubleshooting, inspections, adjustments, repairs)
  • Actively communicate and coordinate activities with other company business units and customers when maintenance related issues are identified
  • Provide support to team members and contribute to the timely and quality execution of tasks in accordance with the project plan (utilization, materials, milestones and deadlines)
  • Complete and sign the documentation following tasks completion and certify the work performed

Requirements

  • Valid AML EASA Part 66 B1or B2 preferably CAT C license for B737FAM and / or A320 FAM and /or ERJ 190/195, is accounted as advantage
  • Experience in aircraft maintenance and/or line maintenance operations at least 3 years;
  • Previous experience in a leadership role at least 1 year;
  • University degree in Engineering, Business Management, Economics or related fields;
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork approach;
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
  • Valid Driving license;
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including shifts as required by operational needs;
  • Willingness to obtain additional qualification, certification and authorization as required.
