Tasks

  • Manage front office operations, reception, and professional visitor hospitality
  • Organize office events and oversee administrative services (mail, supplies, vending, catering)
  • Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Coordinate and monitor facility operations (cleaning, security, access, maintenance, utilities)
  • Support contract negotiations and manage service providers, contracts, and SLAs
  • Assist with budgeting, cost control, reporting, and invoice approval
  • Implement health and safety measures and support emergency preparedness
  • Prepare internal communications and maintain documentation
  • Manage projects and special assignments while supporting junior staff and trainees

Requirements

  • MBO degree with 3 years of professional experience, vocational training with 2 years of professional experience, or 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in hospitality management 
  • Strong communication skills and high intercultural competence
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
  • Confident, professional demeanor and a well-groomed appearance
  • High service orientation
  • Computer literate (i.e. MS Office and relevant software)
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
