Tasks
Your main tasks include, among others:
- Support HR digital tools (HRIS, onboarding platforms, employee portals)
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, and process documentation
- Help improve and automate HR workflows and digital communications
- Work with HR and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Support data analysis, dashboards, and system-related reporting
- Provide general technical and administrative support within HR IT initiatives
* Takeover of additional projects and/or duties required or assigned

Requirements
To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Understanding of software systems, data, and digital workflows
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR systems is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong business English (written and verbal)
- First experience with IT projects, systems administration, automation, or software development is desirable
- Initial experience in IT projects, automation, or systems is a plus
- Completed at least two semesters of university studies before the internship start
- Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
