Tasks

Your main tasks include, among others:

  • Support HR digital tools (HRIS, onboarding platforms, employee portals)
  • Assist with data analysis, reporting, and process documentation
  • Help improve and automate HR workflows and digital communications
  • Work with HR and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Support data analysis, dashboards, and system-related reporting
  • Provide general technical and administrative support within HR IT initiatives

 

* Takeover of additional projects and/or duties required or assigned

Requirements

To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:  

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Understanding of software systems, data, and digital workflows
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR systems is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong business English (written and verbal)
  • First experience with IT projects, systems administration, automation, or software development is desirable
  • Initial experience in IT projects, automation, or systems is a plus
  • Completed at least two semesters of university studies before the internship start
  • Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
