Tasks
As an intern you will support key HR areas. You'll help participate in social partner relations initiatives, assist with HR policy development, and contribute to strategic projects. It is a great opportunity to gain broad HR experience with both local and international focus.
- Labour Relations: Assist in managing our social partner relations and help ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
- Global Mobility: Support the coordination of international assignments, expatriate management and relocations; assist with visa/work-permit processes; help prepare assignment letters and cost projections; maintain global mobility data; coordinate with external providers; support local staff worldwide
- Fringe Benefits: Contribute to the administration and communication of employee benefits programs
- Compensation: Assist in ensuring internal pay equity and market competitiveness by conducting salary benchmarks and job evaluations
- Support in ongoing and upcoming projects across the different HR areas

Requirements
- For this position, 80-100% workload is preferred
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or an “HF” Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education. Ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interest in Global Mobility, compensation, labour relations, HR strategy, and related HR topics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with AI tools and advanced Excel skills are an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality
- Fluent in German, good English skills, both spoken and written
- High level of motivation, commitment, and initiative, including the ability to bring fresh ideas and topics to the table
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
