Tasks
We are seeking a motivated and customer‑oriented professional to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with solid German language skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high‑pressure environment.
This position is 24/7 shift based.
- Provide customer support and issue resolution via mail, internal systems and phone.
- Handle inquiries efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and service quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and consistent service delivery.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and processes.
- Maintain reliability and stability within the assigned project and shift structure.

Requirements
- German language proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written).
- Ability to work in a 3‑shift rotation, including evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Comfortable supporting customers via phone as the primary communication channel.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and continuously develop skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and commitment to project stability.
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Experience in customer service, technical support, or helpdesk roles.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, ticketing tools, or customer support software.
- ITIL certification
- Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
