Tasks
What you'll do:
- Support the General Manager and the team with all issues
- Participate in all relevant meetings
- Participate in local sales events
- Enter into transportation agreements with customers
- Process customer requests and perform bookings as per booking process and the Cargo Booking Manual
- Book standard/special products (incl. OAL segments), check load ability & profitability
- Prepare quotations for ad hoc pricing, considering profitability, customer willingness & upselling
- Advise customers, proactively sell transport solutions, collaborate with Handling/Sales teams
- Manage accounts, easySales & LTC bookings; share allocation info with Sales
- Arrange ex-work pick-ups
- Assist in acquiring new accounts by following up inbound calls
- Support Sales Team’s revenue & tonnage targets
- Join Outside Sales on visits
- Share market activity info with Sales/Manager
- Process charter requests with Network-on-Demand
- Manage account data in CRM, communicate updates
- Promote eChannel usage, follow up Spot Quotes
- Handle claims/complaints, forward requests, promote eClaims usage

Requirements
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Excellent analytical abilities
- Commercial driven attitude
- Collaborative and supportive team member
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s or Higher Education Diploma
- Fluent in English; Dutch and German skills are a plus
- Professional and business-oriented approach
- Passion for the aviation industry is an advantage
