Tasks
In this role, you will own and improve the supplier management process in our procurement platform (Ivalua) — from supplier onboarding to risk and performance management.
- Manage and improve supplier processes in Ivalua SRM
- Work closely with Procurement, Compliance, Risk, Legal, IT, and Data teams
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into system solutions and process improvements
- Ensure configuration and maintenance of workflows, questionnaires, scoring models, and user documentation
- Partner with Digital Procurement Operations to ensure stable operations, 3rd-level support and monitor/report KPIs
- Support supplier onboarding, qualification, risk assessment, and performance tracking processes
- Improve workflows, questionnaires, scoring models, and user experience
- Ensure smooth integration with other modules (e.g. sourcing, contracting) in Ivalua and between IT systems (e.g. ERP-systems)
- Act as a key contact person for supplier and risk management processes and system-related topics
*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or similar
- Several years of experience in Procurement, Supplier Management, or Procurement Systems
- Experience with Ivalua or similar procurement platforms (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, etc.)
- Good understanding of supplier onboarding, supplier risk, compliance, and performance processes
- Experience working with supplier data and ERP integrations (SAP ECC / S4HANA)
- Ability to connect business needs with digital/system solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Structured, analytical, and process-oriented mindset
- Fluent English
- Experience with Agile / Scrum / Kanban is a plus
- German is a plus
