As Module Owner for Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) within our Ivalua suite, you will lead the digital enablement of supplier onboarding, lifecycle management, compliance, and performance monitoring.
This role bridges Procurement, Compliance, IT, and our external risk-data partners, ensuring SRM remains the foundation of our intelligent sourcing ecosystem.
As Module Owner for Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) within our Ivalua suite, you will lead the digital enablement of supplier onboarding, lifecycle management, compliance, and performance monitoring.
This role bridges Procurement, Compliance, IT, and our external risk-data partners, ensuring SRM remains the foundation of our intelligent sourcing ecosystem.
Tasks
- Act as E2E functional process owner for the supplier lifecycle within Ivalua SRM (onboarding, qualification, risk, performance)
- Drive continuous improvement and manage the SRM roadmap with the Business Owner S2P
- Oversee process integration across Sourcing, CLM, SRM, and P2O and ensure data consistency
- Translate regulatory and business requirements (e.g., LkSG, ESG, sanctions)
- Coordinate change requests end-to-end, incl. impact analysis, prioritization, and delivery via agile backlog
- Ensure compliant supplier data and due diligence workflows with Risk, Data Governance, Legal, Compliance, and IT Security
- Govern supplier master data model and field structure aligned to group standards into functional designs
- Ensure configuration and maintenance of workflows, questionnaires, scoring models, and user documentation
- Partner with Digital Procurement Operations to ensure stable operations and 3rd-level support
- Monitor/report SRM KPIs while representing SRM in cross-functional forums

Requirements
- Master/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or similar
- 5+ years in Procurement/Supplier Management, incl. 2+ years in digital procurement application management
- Strong knowledge of supplier onboarding, qualification, performance, and risk/compliance processes
- Fluent English
- German is a plus
- Hands-on experience with Ivalua (SRM preferred) or similar S2P suites (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer)
- Familiarity with external risk-data integrations (Prewave, EcoVadis, Riskmethods, D&B)
- ERP integration experience (SAP ECC/S4HANA) and supplier master-data alignment
- Ability to translate business needs into technical concepts
- Analytical, structured, and process-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog prioritization is a plus
