Tasks

As a Special Service Expert in our high-performance Life Sciences team, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for our internal teams and external clients regarding time-critical Life Sciences shipments.
  • Develop tailored transport solutions – from On-Board Courier (OBC) to unaccompanied freight – with a special focus on pharmaceutical, biotech, Cell & Gene, and Radiopharma Logistics.
  • Take professional responsibility for seamless transport execution, ensuring quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction at every step.
  • Monitor global shipments in real-time and manage communication with service partners and logistics providers.
  • Act as part of our central competence team, supporting international branches with your Life Sciences logistics know-how.

Requirements

What you bring:

  • Outstanding customer and service orientation, with a “Yes We Can” attitude – even in challenging situations.
  • Experience in air and/or road transport, ideally in the field of Cell & Gene or radioactive shipments.
  • A solution- and goal-oriented working style, paired with high reliability, initiative, and ownership.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a positive and professional demeanor, and proven problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent English skills required; Dutch is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work model – both remotely and in the office.
