Tasks
As a Quality Engineer in Audit Management, you perform internal and external audits, identify root causes, drive corrective actions, support process compliance across departments, and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
- Plan, perform, and conduct audits; maintain records and track corrective actions
- Organize, perform, and supervise external and desktop audits
- Monitor audit findings and responses to internal/external audits
- Provide status reports for management reviews
- Prepare, issue, and deliver training materials and sessions
- Manage supplier and contractor oversight
- Supervise the Company FOD Program
- Investigate root causes and follow up on corrective actions
- Review regulations and propose implementation guidance
- Oversee aviation authority approvals and support internal queries
- Monitor the Company’s cost of non-quality
- Use IT tools (q/star, q/scan, ProX) and MS Office for related tasks

Requirements
We are seeking a Quality Engineer – Audit Management, to conduct internal/external audits, ensure compliance. You’ll collaborate across teams, manage supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering (aeronautical, mechanical, electrical) or equivalent experience with required professional background
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Proven knowledge about root cause analysis and methodes
- Proven Auditing experiance
- Proven knowledge about EASA Part 145 and/or ISO 9100/9110
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to structure, schedule and plan complex work processes/issues
- Willingness to work abroad on short or midterm duty travel
- Resilience to stress and high workload, conflict management skills
