As a Quality Engineer in Audit Management, you perform internal and external audits, identify root causes, drive corrective actions, support process compliance across departments, and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.

  • Plan, perform, and conduct audits; maintain records and track corrective actions
  • Organize, perform, and supervise external and desktop audits
  • Monitor audit findings and responses to internal/external audits
  • Provide status reports for management reviews
  • Prepare, issue, and deliver training materials and sessions
  • Manage supplier and contractor oversight
  • Supervise the Company FOD Program
  • Investigate root causes and follow up on corrective actions
  • Review regulations and propose implementation guidance
  • Oversee aviation authority approvals and support internal queries
  • Monitor the Company’s cost of non-quality
  • Use IT tools (q/star, q/scan, ProX) and MS Office for related tasks

We are seeking a Quality Engineer – Audit Management, to conduct internal/external audits, ensure compliance. You’ll collaborate across teams, manage supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement. 

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering (aeronautical, mechanical, electrical) or equivalent experience with required professional background
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Proven knowledge about root cause analysis and methodes
  • Proven Auditing experiance
  • Proven knowledge about EASA Part 145 and/or ISO 9100/9110
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to structure, schedule and plan complex work processes/issues
  • Willingness to work abroad on short or midterm duty travel
  • Resilience to stress and high workload, conflict management skills
