Tasks
What you’ll do:
- Sustainably support and coach one or more agile teams to reach their full potential
- Foster an environment focused on continuous improvement and high performance
- Guide teams to deliver valuable increments that consistently meet the Definition of Done
- Facilitate Agile practices and tools, including workshops and scaling patterns
- Coach teams on Scrum values and Agile principles to embed an agile mindset
- Proactively remove impediments to ensure steady team progress
- Assess team dynamics and apply team-building techniques for enhanced collaboration
- Cultivate a culture of openness, trust and transparency
- Support product management and teams as they navigate organizational change
- Collaborate closely with other Scrum Masters
- Lead or contribute to special initiatives that drive innovation and growth

Requirements
What you’ll bring:
- Solid knowledge of Scrum or other Agile frameworks (practical, not dogmatic)
- Basic understanding of SAFe and Kanban
- 3+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master
- Creative, open-minded and eager to learn from mistakes
- Outcome oriented with excellent communication skills
- Passion for Agile roles and strong interpersonal abilities
- Strategic mindset, innovative and assertive
- Customer-focused, fluent in English (B2/C1)
