Tasks

What you’ll do: 

  • Sustainably support and coach one or more agile teams to reach their full potential
  • Foster an environment focused on continuous improvement and high performance
  • Guide teams to deliver valuable increments that consistently meet the Definition of Done
  • Facilitate Agile practices and tools, including workshops and scaling patterns
  • Coach teams on Scrum values and Agile principles to embed an agile mindset
  • Proactively remove impediments to ensure steady team progress
  • Assess team dynamics and apply team-building techniques for enhanced collaboration
  • Cultivate a culture of openness, trust and transparency
  • Support product management and teams as they navigate organizational change
  • Collaborate closely with other Scrum Masters
  • Lead or contribute to special initiatives that drive innovation and growth

Requirements

What you’ll bring: 

  • Solid knowledge of Scrum or other Agile frameworks (practical, not dogmatic)
  • Basic understanding of SAFe and Kanban
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master
  • Creative, open-minded and eager to learn from mistakes
  • Outcome oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Passion for Agile roles and strong interpersonal abilities
  • Strategic mindset, innovative and assertive 
  • Customer-focused, fluent in English (B2/C1)
