Tasks
You will assist in the development and implementation of lean management concepts and process optimizations in our maintenance workshop. The goal is to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and develop practical solutions for technical and operational processes.
- Participating in the planning and implementation of Lean and strategic projects
- Gaining practical skills with a focus on analyzing existing technical and business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Developing concepts and presentations for workshops and project meetings
- Gaining practical skills with a focus on the introduction and application of Lean methods (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, SMED, profitability analysis, value stream mapping)
- Participating in change management initiatives and communication within the project environment
- Documenting results and implementing and tracking improvement measures

Requirements
Are you a solution-oriented, highly motivated student who wants to make a real difference? Then you've come to the right place! We're looking for someone who takes responsibility, contributes ideas, and works with us to make a difference.
- At least third semester of a business-related or technical degree program (e.g., industrial engineering, business administration, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or similar).
- Enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (a certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or an internship between bachelor’s and master’s programs (Gap Year)
- Interest in lean management, process optimization, and strategic projects
- Analytical thinking, a structured approach to work, and initiative
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of Power BI or comparable tools is a plus
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to familiarize yourself with complex processes
