Tasks
Your main tasks include, among others:
- Troubleshoot, repair, & modify avionic units using state-of-the-art repair techniques & test equipment in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturers specifications
- Coordinate work with that of engineers, technicians, & other aircraft maintenance personnel
- Interpret test data to diagnose malfunctions and systemic performance problems
- Troubleshoot avionics units to component level & sub-assembly level utilizing schematics & standard troubleshooting practices and procedures
- Set up test equipment & tests electronic products using established test procedures & schematics
- Make use of test & measurement equipment, Digital/Analog Voltmeters, oscilloscopes, Hi-Pot meters, power supplies, & Automatic and Standard Test equipment, etc.
* Takeover of additional tasks when required

Requirements

- Ability to troubleshoot
- Electronics experience desirable
