Tasks
The role requires a strong understanding of accounting standards, structured financial processes, and cross-functional collaboration, while ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting within a well-established finance environment.
- Lead and perform month-end closing activities, including accruals, provisions, reversals, and related financial adjustments
- Prepare, review, and ensure the delivery of accurate monthly financial reports
- Oversee intercompany invoices, reconciliations, and follow-up activities to ensure alignment
- Register, reconcile, and monitor bank statements and control balances in SAP
- Contribute to Business Planning and Forecast processes, working closely with relevant stakeholders and providing reliable financial input
- Perform controlling activities, including the review, analysis, and correction of interim accounts in SAP
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures, reporting standards, financial controls, and IFRS requirements
- Support and contribute to the audit of financial statements

Requirements
- Around 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, and controlling, preferably in a structured international environment
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practical experience in applying them to daily finance operations
- Solid experience with month-end closing, reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and financial adjustments
- Experience with SAP is required
- Good knowledge of IFRS, internal financial controls, and reporting requirements
- High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently within structured processes and deadlines
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
- Basic German language skills are considered an advantage
