Tasks

Join the Financial Accounting Services team and help transform SWISS' finance landscape. Support strategic projects, optimize end-to-end processes and implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and user experience across our global finance community.

  • Support strategic finance transformation initiatives, from concept design to successful implementation
  • Analyze, optimize and standardize end-to-end accounting processes to increase efficiency, automation, and compliance
  • Collaborate with business, IT and other stakeholders to develop innovative, user-centric solutions for the global finance community
  • Leverage digital technologies and process analytics to identify improvement opportunities and enhance the user experience
  • Shape the future of SWISS' financial accounting landscape by challenging the status quo, driving innovation and contributing to continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 100% workload preferred
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or HF Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in business administration or similar
  • Initial practical experience in finance, project management, process management or digital transformation is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Proactive, independent and solution-oriented mindset
  • Interest in process optimization, digital technologies and innovation
  • Very good written and spoken English; German is an advantage
