Tasks

We are looking for YOU – Working Student B2B Content & Social Media (all genders) – to join Oscar Bravo. Create engaging social media content for Lufthansa Group’s B2B channels while gaining hands-on experience in digital communications. 

What you’ll do:     

  • Create social media assets such as images, carousels, GIFs, and short videos
  • Develop content ideas and support copy creation
  • Adapt existing posts for international markets
  • Research suitable topics, images, icons, and illustrations
  • Ensure content follows brand and design guidelines
  • Prepare monthly performance reports
  • Maintain content libraries, templates, and project documentation
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and account managers

Requirements

What you’ll need:  

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field. 
  • A strong interest in social media, content creation, and aviation
  • A good eye for visual storytelling and brand-consistent design
  • Initial experience with Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Confidence using PowerPoint and Excel
  • A structured, reliable, and proactive way of working
  • Fluent English and German, both written and spoken
