As part of this paid internship, we offer you the opportunity to gain insight into the broad field of Talent & Leadership Development and to actively contribute to our work. You’ll be working in the Talent Development division. We’ll give you the chance to shadow colleagues in other departments.

The following areas of responsibility await you on our team:

• Acquiring practical skills with a focus on talent and leadership development processes, as well as their operational and strategic implementation
• Supporting the implementation and execution of talent initiatives for all professional groups employed by an airline—from flight crew, technical staff, and ground operations personnel to administrative staff—and addressing the diverse requirements of these groups
• Gaining familiarity with and further developing performance and potential assessment processes
• Active participation in enablement sessions for managers and HR
• Participation in team meetings and team days, talent program days, department meetings, dry runs, committee and coordination meetings, as well as concept development workshops
