Tasks
Your main tasks include, among others:
- Maintain and expand the business within the assigned area to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Negotiate agreements with clients and proactively resolve potential issues or concerns
- Develop and implement business plans to maximize cargo revenue
- Prepare, monitor, and control budgets to ensure compliance with established financial targets
- Develop and manage the sales network and pricing structure to achieve business objectives and increase revenue
- Implement and maintain customer service procedures to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Supervise and coordinate with handling agents to ensure the efficient and timely processing of export and import shipments on a daily basis

Requirements
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized university
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the air cargo industry; experience in airline reservations is preferred
- Must Possess leagl work permit in Thailand
- Knowledge or experience in air cargo operations is an advantage
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard IT applications
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with a proactive and assertive approach
- Energetic, service-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Willingness to support operational activities when required, including during staff shortages
- Willingness to work flexible hours, as required by business needs
