Tasks
Your main tasks include, among others:
- Perform aircraft maintenance activities under the supervision of an authorized person holding MM1 INT authorization
- Perform maintenance tasks in accordance with valid technical documentation, IQmove, the Practical Logbook, and approved procedures
- Ensure compliance with applicable European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) regulations and use the latest revisions of technical documentation and the technical library
- Perform maintenance tasks assigned or delegated by higher-qualified personnel and/or the Technical Manager (TM)
- Ensure that all maintenance activities are properly documented in accordance with the Practical Logbook and applicable procedures
- Perform duties and maintenance activities within the scope of the authorizations documented in the staff record, which forms part of the technical documentation
- Comply with all applicable technical, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while performing assigned maintenance activities

Requirements
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Completion of a minimum 2 years aviation college program, an aeronautical degree, military service training/certification, or an equivalent qualification
- Successfully completed training as a specialist technical worker in an aviation-related profession or in a related profession for which credits may be granted towards authorization
- Successful completion of the EASA Part-145 Assessment
- Valid work authorization for Japan is required
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts is essential
- Business-fluent written and spoken English
- Knowledge of German is desirable
- Should have valid driving license and passport
- Strong ability to assert oneself and effectively implement instructions
- Ability to instruct, guide, and motivate employees
- High sense of responsibility and strong social competence
