Tasks

In this role, you will: 

  • Act as a Customer Care Ambassador, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.
  • Lead from the frontline by monitoring the performance of ground handling partners and service providers while representing LH Group in uniform.
  • Ensure operational readiness and full compliance with handling standards across designated remote stations and alternate airports.
  • Travel regularly to assigned stations to conduct turnaround inspections, quality reviews, and operational meetings with our service partners.
  • Promote a culture of quality, operational excellence, and customer-focused service.
  • Proactively identify operational issues, take corrective action, and ensure agreed service standards are consistently delivered by all providers.
  • Report operational irregularities in accordance with operator manuals and company guidelines.
  • Serve as a reliable operational point of contact, providing support whenever operational needs arise.

Requirements

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in airport ground operations with an airline, ground handling company, or airport operator.
  • Fluent Greek and English (German is a plus).
  • Valid EU work permit.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's or Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of airport operations and procedures.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Availability to work in shifts and in a dynamic operational environment, including outdoor conditions.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused, flexible, and confident in handling challenging situations.
  • Committed to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
