Tasks

In this role, you will support internal users in applications such as White ID and HR Archive, mainly in access management and resolving user access-related issues. Previous experience in HR processes or HR operations will be a strong advantage.

  • Provide first-level IT support for internal users of HR applications
  • Support users in resolving access-related and basic technical issues
  • Handle user access requests and authorization management
  • Work with HR-related sensitive data in line with security and compliance standards
  • Register, monitor and resolve requests in the ticketing system
  • Escalate more complex issues to dedicated IT teams when required
  • Maintain process documentation and knowledge base
  • Cooperate closely with HR and other internal departments
  • Build positive relationships with internal customers and ensure high quality support

*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

  • German at minimum C1 level and English at minimum B2 level
  • Very good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
  • High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Openness to learning new systems and processes
  • Experience in HR processes, HR operations or HR systems will be a strong asset
  • Previous experience in customer support, administration or corporate environment will be an advantage
  • Basic understanding of IT systems or access management processes will be a plus
