Tasks
In this role, you will support internal users in applications such as White ID and HR Archive, mainly in access management and resolving user access-related issues. Previous experience in HR processes or HR operations will be a strong advantage.
- Provide first-level IT support for internal users of HR applications
- Support users in resolving access-related and basic technical issues
- Handle user access requests and authorization management
- Work with HR-related sensitive data in line with security and compliance standards
- Register, monitor and resolve requests in the ticketing system
- Escalate more complex issues to dedicated IT teams when required
- Maintain process documentation and knowledge base
- Cooperate closely with HR and other internal departments
- Build positive relationships with internal customers and ensure high quality support

Requirements
- German at minimum C1 level and English at minimum B2 level
- Very good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Openness to learning new systems and processes
- Experience in HR processes, HR operations or HR systems will be a strong asset
- Previous experience in customer support, administration or corporate environment will be an advantage
- Basic understanding of IT systems or access management processes will be a plus
