Tasks
As the CSM Project Manager, you will perform the following duties:
- Primary point of contact for the customer. Communicate courteously with customers and coordinates to satisfy customers’ requirements and expectations
- Coordination of work scope induction dates, field service events, and internal job management
- Develop and direct procedures and methods that ensure quality standards and budget are met and maintained
- Strong interface with LHT's central functions in Germany and Tulsa, being part of the global network
- Organize and manage multiple priorities and events simultaneously
- Provide problem resolutions to facilitate continuous improvements and improved working relationships
- Preparation of invoices and support of outstanding accounts
- Support of concession requests and invoice disputes
* Perform other duties as assigned by the MES Customer Service Manager

Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of professional experience, with 1+ year of aviation or engine-related experience preferred
- Fluency in English language equired
- MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) as user
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent business sense
- Excellent cost consciousness
- Excellent detail oriented

- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem solving
- Excellent reasoning ability

- Willingness to travel
