Tasks

  • Support the daily operations of IT systems and business applications
  • Assist IT Application Managers with application management after SaaS product go-live
  • Provide first-level support for incidents, service requests, and problem management activities
  • Perform initial troubleshooting and coordinate issue resolution with internal stakeholders
  • Support IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist in designing and standardizing IT processes
  • Configure and maintain IT applications according to business needs
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and process documentation
  • Perform administrative tasks related to IT services and applications
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the security, stability, and integrity of IT systems

*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or in progress), pref. in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related
  • Interest in IT operations, business applications, or technology projects
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of IT systems and general IT concepts
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Team-oriented mindset and customer-focused approach

Nice to have

  • Experience in an IT organization or IT-related internship
  • Basic knowledge of:
    • SAP technologies
    • SaaS solutions
    • ITIL
    • IT project management
