Tasks
- Design, implement, and operate cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles.
- Build and maintain platform capabilities based on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Implement observability solutions using Elastic Cloud and OpenTelemetry.
- Ensure security, governance, compliance, and platform reliability across environments.
- Support self-service platform capabilities for application teams.
- Define and improve operational standards, monitoring, and service reliability practices.
- Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Collaborate closely with Product, SRE, and Engineering teams to continuously improve the platform.
Behind the scenes
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer, Platform Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Solid experience with Kubernetes and preferably Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Expertise with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Knowledge of Elastic Cloud, observability, and monitoring concepts.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Git-based workflows.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native deployments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for building secure, reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient platforms.
