Tasks
The Logistics Specialist is responsible for the processing of aircraft material, including physical handling, inspection, and forwarding to repair shops or the customer. This includes ensuring high quality and timely provision of materials in close coordination with the customer.
Responsibilities and Tasks including but are not limited to the following:
- Receiving, clarification, storing, supplying and shipping of mainly aircraft material as per described procedures including physical handling
- Input data in EDP system and archive documentation according to established procedures
- Ensure that regulatory requirements are fulfilled, e.g., verifying airworthiness certificates foraircraft materials
- Work according to the Quality Management System and proactively work to resolve
- Communicate with colleagues, customers, and vendors and prioritize and process customer requests, supply issues, and complaints

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in intralogistics, including goods receiving, warehousing, and shipping
- Experience in aviation logistics is a plus
- High School Diploma or Professional School Certificate
- Good written and spoken Portuguese and English skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Valid Category B driving license and forklift license required
- Ability to lift packages up to 30 kg
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required
- ATA, Dangerous Goods, and Export Control training are advantageous
- Lean training or certification is a plus
