Tasks

  • Statistical analysis of ongoing studies and presentation of results in PowerPoint
  • Assistance with the design and analysis of qualitative studies
  • Development of content for the Customer Experience Council and preparation of meetings
  • Collaboration on training concepts related to CX
  • Design of communication plans for various CX-related projects and initiatives
  • Maintenance and redesign of the team’s internal Ebase and SharePoint sites
  • Handling administrative tasks for our Partner Program

Requirements

  • Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and, for the mandatory internship, written proof of the mandatory internship must be included with the application) or an internship between the bachelor’s and master’s programs (gap year)
  • Relevant experience in the field of customer experience
  • Initial experience with authoring tools and in video creation and editing is a plus
  • Interest in digitalization processes
  • Independent, structured work style
  • Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with unfamiliar tasks
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Reliability, sociability, and a hands-on attitude
  • Very good knowledge of common MS Office applications
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
