Tasks
- Central contact for customers on daily operational business
- Manage relationships with customers; ensure ongoing development
- Monitor contract costs/revenue with Account Managers; analyze profitability; ensure contract-compliant invoicing
- Identify and manage up/cross-selling opportunities
- Process customer complaints; ensure investigation/escalation; inform customers on process/results; participate in negotiations
- Maintain regular customer communication on operational topics
- Plan, prepare and participate in negotiations
- Support Account Managers in performance dialogs with customers
- Act as key user for projects, processes and interfaces
- Develop and implement customer-specific processes
- Maintain customer information systems
- Ensure operational customer service receives required work information
- Monitor customer KPIs
- Report KPIs and improvement measures to management and relevant departments
- Support Customer Service specialists team with customer- and process-related questions
- Verify cooperation procedures with customers and Employer departments, incl. communication and data exchange

Requirements
- University degree in business administration, economics, international business or business engineering
- Minimum 4+ years' professional experience in an international business environment
- Distinct knowledge of business administration processes, supply chain management and customer service
- Process customer complaints; ensure investigation/escalation; inform customers on process/results; participate in negotiations
