Tasks
- Lead and develop the Cash Collection team, ensuring achievement of operational targets, service quality, and KPI performance
- Manage workload, resource allocation, capacity planning
- Set performance objectives, provide regular feedback, support employee development
- Conduct performance reviews and contribute to decisions related to promotions, bonuses, and salary reviews
- Foster talent development, employee engagement, and a culture of continuous improvement
- Manage change initiatives, resolve team issues, and support effective communication
- Monitor operational risks, analyze KPIs, prepare reports, and present results to stakeholders
- Lead process improvement initiatives, support standardization efforts, ensure compliance with SOPs and data protection requirements
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, holiday planning, overtime management, access administration, and other team-related administrative activities
*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
- Preferably 5+ years of experience in SSC/BPO environment
- Proven leadership potential and people management skills
- Very good English skills (B2/C1); German is an advantage
- Strong MS Office and process-related tools knowledge; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Experience in project and change management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and decision-making skills
- Customer-focused mindset, risk management capability, strong planning and organizational skills, resilience, and continuous improvement orientation
