Tasks
Join our digital learning team and share your ideas: From developing modern learning formats to optimizing digital training, you'll help shape the future of learning.
- Support in setting up and further developing courses in the LMS, as well as in migrating existing learning content
- Maintenance and management of course data, learning paths, and metadata
- Conducting tests and providing support for quality assurance measures in the LMS environment
- Managing and maintaining our digital content library
- Uploading, structuring, and versioning learning content
- Collaborating on the creation and editing of digital learning offerings

Requirements
To provide the best possible support to our digital learning team, we are looking for a motivated individual who wants to help shape digital learning environments and take on responsibility in a dynamic setting.
- Current university degree program in the field of media, digital learning, or IT—for example, media design, media informatics, educational sciences, business informatics, or a comparable program with a focus on digital/IT
- Strong technical aptitude and an interest in digital tools and systems
- Enthusiasm for topics related to digital learning, learning management systems, and content management
- You are known for your structured, meticulous, and independent work style
- Previous experience with LMS systems and SharePoint is a plus
- Ideally, you have already gained some experience with Articulate Rise or Storyline

Lufthansa Aviation Training (LAT) ranks among the global leaders in the field of flight training and employs a staff of around 700 at ten training locations in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the USA. Its client portfolio includes around 250 renowned airlines, among them the Lufthansa Group airlines. LAT’s training equipment includes flight simulators for all common types of aircraft for pilot training, emergency and service mock-ups for the basic and further training of flight attendants, as well as numerous training aircraft for pilot training.
About the LAT Switzerland AG
Lufthansa Aviation Training Switzerland AG (LAT CH), with a total of around 300 employees, is part of the Lufthansa Aviation Training Group. At the LAT Training Center in Zurich-Opfikon, around 8’000 graduates undergo their initial and further training as cockpit and cabin crews every year. This also includes basic pilot training at the European Flight Academy in Zurich (theory) and Grenchen (practice). LAT Switzerland's customers include SWISS, Edelweiss, other airlines as well as Rega and the Swiss Air Force. Under the motto "Beyond Aviation", LAT CH also offers various courses for business and private customers.
