Tasks

What you’ll do: 

  • Ensure smooth service delivery and manage customer inquiries, complaints and escalations 
  • Lead technical communication (presentations, meetings, online sessions)
  • Analyze and document user needs, support change requests, develop tailored solutions - estimate efforts and handle price negotiations as needed
  • Coordinate implementations, documentation, releases, occasionally perform deployments and oversee customer installations and quality assurance
  • Collaborate with product, software development, operations and account teams; provide technical support during sales activities
  • Maintain documentation, monitor service level and contribute to cross-functional teams and new service implementations

Requirements

What you’ll bring:  

  • 5+ years’ experience in airlines or airline IT solutions
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Good understanding of airline operations or aviation-related domains
  • Strong service mindset and excellent customer communication skills 
  • Experience with complex IT operations is a plus 
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
  • Team player mindset with ability to work independently
  • Fluent English (B2/C1)
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site internationally
