Tasks
As the Aviation Stores Specialist, you will perform the following duties:
- Process storage and pulling of said material
- Proactively work to resolve discrepancies as they occur
- Support, cooperate, and communicate with all colleagues, including shop and purchasing staff
- Physical handling of material
- Operate equipment as directed
- Input data in EDP system in keeping with procedures
- Coordinate with delivery service providers as required
- Work with and support customer requirements
- Work according to, and support the Quality Management System
- Process documentation according to instruction and procedures
- Recognize significance of required airworthiness certificates for aircraft material and properly applying associated regulatory requirements
- Drive company vehicles for delivery/pickups on and around the airport as directed
* All other duties as assigned or required

Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED desirable
- Bachelor’s degree desirable
- Professional experience desirable
- Fluency in English language required
- Knowledge in aviation logistics required
- MS Office skills, especially MS Excel for reporting purposes
- Excellent detail oriented
- Strong safety and security
- Excellent ability to work under pressure
- Excellent commitment
- Excellent reliability
- Excellent responsibility
- Excellent teamwork
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Shift work / overtime
- Manage constant time pressure
- Manage high stress levels
