In Planning & OPS Management, you serve as the primary point of contact for organizational and billing matters for clients, suppliers, colleagues, and trainers, and you are responsible for organizing and following up on all training sessions.

Tasks

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

  • Training Planning
  • Comprehensive planning of all training sessions in the HFA division using the MINT planning tool
  • Linking and verifying data between the planning tool and billing
  • Defining and optimizing the planning process
  • Trainer management
  • Management and further development of the trainer database
  • Management of trainer contracts and coordination with relevant interfaces
  • Ensuring trainer scheduling and the productivity of the training organization resource
  • Planning & booking of resources (e.g., classrooms) with clients
  • Sending out training materials
  • Creating & sending participant certificates and feedback

Requirements

You have completed vocational training and, ideally, have at least two years of professional experience, preferably

  • in a similar field, gained
  • You have a talent for planning and organization
  • Very good MS Office skills (especially MS Excel) and a strong affinity for IT are highly desirable
  • We place particular emphasis on an independent, well-organized approach to work, networked thinking, and clear, audience-appropriate communication
  • You find pragmatic solutions and respond flexibly to new requirements
  • You have a strong interest in the topic of human factors training or “Putting the Human Factor First”
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills are required
