Tasks
Join us in shaping the future of the Lufthansa Aviation Training Group!
- Independently managing and coordinating the budget and forecast, including monitoring targets and resource allocation; overseeing the monthly closing process
- Analysis and reporting of plan/actual variances, as well as deriving recommendations for action
- Conducting special analyses and collaborating on or supporting strategic projects
- Supporting decision-making proposals and profitability analyses
- Close collaboration with relevant departments within the LAT Group and, where applicable, the Lufthansa Group
- Further development of the content and methodology of planning and management systems and the methods used

Requirements
You stand out for your enthusiasm for the continuous improvement of your workplace. With a clear focus on change, you seize the opportunity to actively help shape positive changes.
- Degree in economics, business informatics, or similar, with 3–5 years’ controlling experience
- Airline industry experience is a plus
- Strong numerical and statistical skills
- Clear communication at management and customer levels
- Ability to present complex content tailored to the audience and switch between detailed analysis and the big picture
- Strategic thinking and process understanding
- Solid knowledge of statistical methods and relevant software (SAP CO; MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Interest in continuous learning
- Advanced German and good English skills
