Tasks
- Process accounting documents in line with procedures, accounting principles, chart of accounts, and cost center structures
- Verify and obtain required approvals in accordance with internal procedures
- Initiate creation and updates of vendor master data in accounting systems
- Monitor and reconcile accounts to identify and resolve open items
- Analyze discrepancies between expected costs and incoming invoices; initiate corrections in internal systems or via supplier debit notes
- Estimate and post accruals and provisions
- Communicate with external customers and suppliers (email, phone, meetings), providing documentation, reports, and analyses
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., procurement, logistics, finance teams)
- Provide reporting and information to finance departments and management (e.g., open items, unpaid receivables, discrepancies)
- Prepare audit documentation as required
- Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives
- Handle communication (written and verbal) in a foreign language
*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or at least completion of the 3rd year of studies)
- minimum 1 year of experience in Finance & Accounting (preferably SSC/BPO environment)
- Good command of English (min. B2)
- Good command of French (min. B2)
- Knowledge of a second foreign language (level depending on role requirements)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and structured, independent working style
- Analytical mindset with strong numerical skills
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- High level of responsibility and ability to meet deadlines
- Customer-oriented mindset
