Tasks

Your main tasks include, among others:

  • Manage and coordinate the creation of offers and contracts for airline scheduling products, focusing on large, complex airline clients
  • Collaborate closely with sales, central, and production departments
  • Analyze customer requirements and consult in defining and negotiating contracts (scope, modules, services, Service Level Agreements-SLAs, project plans, delivery, acceptance)
  • Coordinate pricing and negotiation margins with Sales, ensuring alignment with strategy
  • Present products to customers at sites, forums, trade fairs, and conferences
  • Independently create and maintain the Product Sales Kit and related documentation
  • Support Product Marketing Managers in developing marketing materials and content
  • Assist in creating business plans and analyzing market and competition
  • Organize and conduct user forums, product training, and events
  • Onboard new Product Consultants and handle special tasks as assigned

Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a Product Consultant or customer/product-facing role
  • Strong knowledge of airline scheduling and slot management
  • Excellent understanding of airline operations, industry regulations, organizational structures, and IT systems
  • Experience with Lufthansa Systems solutions (NetLine Sched, NetLine Slot, or SchedConnect) is an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management and customer service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in diverse teams
  • Self-motivated, resilient, adaptable, and able to work independently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a goal-oriented approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Intercultural awareness and willingness to travel internationally as required
  • Aptitude or psychometric assessment may be required as part of the selection process
