Tasks
As Finance Director, you will oversee all financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting in accordance with IFRS standards. Will be responsible for corporate governance, tax, risk, FP&A, treasury, funding, and legal matters, supporting efficient operations and strong financial control.
Responsibilities and Tasks including but are not limited to the following:
- Define and implement LTPT’s commercial strategy in alignment with overall corporate objectives.
- Translate strategic priorities into measurable KPIs, focusing on revenue growth, cost optimization, and liquidity management
- Lead finance transformation, operational optimization, and reporting improvements to support decision-making
- Ensure strong governance, risk management, and full regulatory compliance, including transfer pricing requirements
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and accurate financial closing and reporting processes
- Provide strategic insights, analysis, and recommendations to top management
- Lead, develop, and motivate finance teams, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and continuous improvement culture

Requirements
We’re seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead financial operations, drive strategy, ensure IFRS reporting, manage governance and risk, and support decision-making while maintaining strong financial performance and control.
- Master's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related
- Minimum of five to seven years of progressive professional experience in finance and accounting, including proven leadership and people management responsibilities
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Portuguese is considered, German a plus
- Distinct analytical and conceptual thinking, ability to manage complexity
- High organizational, intercultural and communication skills
- Very good analytical skills and high flexibility
- ACCA Certified recommended
- Willingness to work abroad
- Very good computer skills (MS-Office, SAP)
