As an IT Associate, you will play an important role in ensuring the quality and consistency of employee data within the SuccessFactors Employee Profile (EP) environment.

As an IT Associate, you will play an important role in ensuring the quality and consistency of employee data within the SuccessFactors Employee Profile (EP) environment.
Tasks
- Act as the first point of contact for tickets related to employee data quality issues within SuccessFactors Employee Profile
- Investigate data inconsistencies, missing employee information, interface errors, and reporting line discrepancies
- Coordinate data corrections with HR and shared service teams
- Analyze employee data across SuccessFactors and connected source systems to identify root causes of issues
- Monitor interface transfers and verify successful implementation of data corrections
- Collaborate with various international IT teams and system experts to resolve complex issues
- Support troubleshooting activities related to the SuccessFactors platform and integrated applications
- Assist with system configuration adjustments and testing activities
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and process standardization efforts
- Create and maintain system documentation, user manuals, training materials, and test cases
- Support Product and Application Management activities within the PMGM area

Requirements
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or in progress)
- Strong interest in IT systems, applications, and technology-related processes
- Good analytical skills and ability to investigate problems systematically
- Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Attention to detail and strong focus on data accuracy and quality
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within an international team
Nice to have
- Basic understanding of SaaS solutions and cloud applications
- Knowledge of HR systems, especially SAP SuccessFactors
- Familiarity with IT service management concepts (ITIL)
- Basic understanding of IT project management methodologies
- Previous experience in data analysis, system support, or HR administration
