Tasks
- Take on smaller process-related tasks in the Center of Excellence
- Support optimization and transformation projects in Procurement
- Drive the digitalization of procurement with a focus on the development of web-based training
- Support in the administration of our learning management system Ecadia
- Support in the design of training materials and workshops
- Promote of training offers in our communication channels
- Participation in international team meetings, training formats, and, where applicable, learning and development fairs

Requirements
In order to complete an internship in our company, you must be at least in your third semester at the time of the internship.
- Immatriculation for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (gap year)
- Experience in marketing and/or training desirable
- Very good analytical skills, quick comprehension
- High level of initiative, flexibility and sense of responsibility
- Empathy and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Passion and creativity for innovative solutions
- Very good IT skills (MS Office)
