Tasks

For our group company Lufthansa Aviation Training Austria GmbH we are looking for you as an employee in the area of simulator maintenance.

This position offers a minimum annual gross salary of EUR 42,000 plus shift allowances and a variable performance-related component of 12% if the company achieves 100% of its targets.

Duties of the position:

  • Checking the training equipment for readiness
  • Maintaining the training equipment
  • Partially supporting the building infrastructure
  • Preventive maintenance
  • Hardware and software changes
  • Documentation of the changes

Requirements

Qualifications for this position:

  • Completed technical vocational training (HTL or technical school), preferably specializing in electronics/electrical engineering/mechatronics or aeronautical engineering
  • Knowledge of computer networks and basic knowledge of the programming languages Fortan and C are an advantage
  • Civil or military service completed
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to work shifts
  • Careful and systematic way of working
  • High level of initiative, resilience, flexibility and commitment
  • High social skills, ability to work in a team and customer orientation
  • Willingness to travel
