Tasks

Your main tasks include, among others:

  • Overseeing daily airport operations, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance
  • Leading front line operations and coordinating ground handling activities
  • Ensuring premium customer service and adherence to service standards
  • Monitoring flight operations, special passenger handling, and operational processes
  • Managing service providers and driving quality and performance improvements
  • Supporting station administration, audits, reporting, invoicing, and cost control
  • Promoting safety, security, emergency response readiness, and compliance with operator requirements
  • Supervising staff, preparing duty rosters, and supporting training activities when assigned
  • Maintaining effective communication with passengers, authorities, suppliers, crew, and internal stakeholders
  • Reporting operational irregularities and ensuring timely completion of required reports
  • Deputizing the Station Manager as delegated and supporting overall station objectives

Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Minimum 2–3 years of professional work experience, including at least 1 year of demonstrated experience in airport ground operations
  • Previous leadership or team supervision experience is desired
  • Must possess a valid legal work permit for Malaysia
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering service excellence and maintaining high service standards
  • Excellent communication skills with strong command of English (written and spoken) and proficiency in the local Malay language
  • Willingness to travel when required
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
