Tasks
- You will be a sparring partner (m/f/d) for managers and specialist departments in all strategic and operational HR topics. You will accompany organizational changes, provide support with employment law issues and develop tailor-made HR measures along the entire employee lifecycle
- In addition, you will manage recruiting and onboarding processes, support challenging interview situations and work with co-determination committees in a spirit of trust
- Another focus is on people analytics: Together with your colleagues, you will analyze HR key figures, prepare relevant insights and support data-based decisions in HR

Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in economics, law or social sciences or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the HR environment as well as the willingness and enthusiasm to familiarize yourself independently with new topics
- You have strong communication skills, consulting expertise and a confident manner. At the same time, you are analytical, solution-oriented and bring a strong sense for people and organizations
- First experience in the field of people analytics or an affinity for numbers and their correlations as well as a confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel, are an advantage. SAP HR knowledge and a willingness to travel round off your profile
