Tasks

Your tasks: 

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Being a support regarding duty travel application
  • Being open to changes in support range (diving deeper into specific applications)
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Communicating and building a good relationship with our customers
  • Acknowledge and resolving customer requests
  • Cooperating with colleagues from team and other departments in order to provide the best service

*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

We are waiting for you if:

  • Your English is at min. B2 level
  • Your German is at min. B2 level
  • You are ready to be a part of our great Customer Support team in Lufthansa
  • You are keen to learn new things
  • You have proactive, solution-oriented mindset and pay attention to details
  • You are able to work in the team as well as independent
  • You are available 25-30 hours per week
  • Internship start date: September 2026
