Tasks

Your main tasks include, among others:  

  • Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required duties
  • Diagnoses problems, replaces or repairs parts, tests, and makes adjustments
  • Detects errors and corrects them through proper departmental channels
  • Complies with all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements

 

 * Performs other duties as assigned by the Crew Chief and Production Team

Requirements

The ideal Engine Technician must fulfill the following requirements:  

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • At least 2 years of experience as Engine Technician 
  • Fluency in English language required
  • FAA Power Plant Certificate
  • Basic Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent detail oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent productivity driven
  • Excellent safety and security
  • Assessment screening
  • Willingness to travel
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Must be willing to work shifts 
  • Manage constant time pressure
  • Manage high stress levels
  • Lift up to 70 lbs
  • Outdoor weather conditions
  • Noise pollution
  • Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
