• Create, write, and maintain detailed, accurate, and up-to-date software documentation and user manuals
• Support operational, maintenance, and testing documentation needs
• Ensure clarity, correctness, and usability of all documentation
• Provide effort estimations and deliver high-quality outputs on time
• Suggest improvements and standardize documentation processes
• Use document management systems (docspace, help & manual, e doceo)
• Stay updated with tools, procedures, and trends in the field
• Collaborate actively in meetings, workshops, and teamwork
• Communicate complex topics clearly to diverse audiences
• Take responsibility for documentation quality and compliance
• Uphold data privacy, information security, and Lufthansa’s work ethics
• Continuously develop professional skills and report issues promptly
