Tasks

The Commercial Manager is responsible for:

  • Translation of LCAG strategies and targets into effective local business and activity plans
  • Analysis of local performance against all targets. Development and implementation of corrective measures in case of deviations, and monitoring of their effectiveness. Contribution to forecasting process where required
  • Application of global information and management tools and processes for local performance management. Where strictly necessary, adaptation for local specifics, creation of local ad hoc reports and analysis of finding
  • Maintenance of local CRM process and customer intelligence framework 
  • Operational interface to the Regional Team and, where applicable, to central units


* Performs all other duties assigned or delegated by superior

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor's degree desirable 
  • English language required 
  • MS office, Excel, Word & PowerPoint as user
  • Excellent analytical skills
